Stamford, CT – March 1, 2022 – Shelf announces today it has won a Gold Stevie® Award in the IVR and Web Services Solution category. Award winners for the 16th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service were announced last night. This Stevie Award® win comes on the heels of being named a G2 category leader, and further proof of our platform’s ability to improve how companies deliver and manage knowledge.

“The entire team is honored to be recognized for all their hard work in solving the most difficult knowledge problems enterprises face. We developed Shelf to automate the inefficient and siloed knowledge processes that just aren’t practical in 2022, and we are laser-focused on delivering better customer experiences one answer at a time,” said Sedarius Perrotta, CEO of Shelf.

Shelf among over 2,000 organizations nominated across 90 categories

Over 2,300 organizations were nominated and considered in this year’s competition from 51 different nations. Winners were determined by the average scores of over 150 professionals across eight judging committees. “The nominations we received for the 2022 competition illustrate that business development, customer service, and sales professionals worldwide, in all sorts of organizations have continued to innovate, thrive, and meet customer expectations during the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Stevie Awards president Maggie Gallagher Miller.

“I can see why the market is adopting Shelf. In watching the demo I can see the automation built into the workflow. I can see the simplification of “serving” up the right knowledge, at the right time, in the right way. I can see the integration and how this can be applied across multi-channels at the same time” a panelist on the judging committee noted.
